shifting gears

Off I go to Atlanta for the week. Saying goodbye to fall in New England, and hello to sweet tea, cheese grits, southern accents, Peachtree Road (S).

Thought I would leave you with a final thought for the week: How are you on changes?  I am not good. I love fall for it's weather, and the beauty it brings, but it also makes me sad to think about the long New England winters we get here. It's time for me to start shifting gears. Once winter kicks in I do not photograph a lot of weddings. So I usually try and stay busy trying out new techniques, maybe a workshop, and always try to plan at least one winter vacation somewhere warm, like California.  What do you do to beat the winter blues?
