I was honored to shoot Kate & Nils' wedding. Kate is a very distant cousin who shares my name, but that is a long story. It was a wonderful private ceremony at a private residence with just the four of us: Kate's daughter was the maid of honor, and Patrick, the bride and grooms good friend officiated. The love was palpable, worth waiting for (they dated for ten years). There were many tears of joy, a little dancing to the Kinks afterwards, followed by chilling out in the "gazebo", all with breathtaking views of the sound. Cheers Nil's & Kate. And thanks for kickin' up those cowboy boots (a little colorado for me).
